1. Hardware Delivery & Physical Installation

As a telecommunications and cable television service provider, physical items (such as Hathway Digital Set-Top Boxes, Optical Fiber Cables, Splitters, and Dual-Band ONT Wi-Fi Routers) are delivered and installed directly by our trained field engineers at the subscriber's designated residential or commercial premises.

2. Installation & Activation Timelines

Standard Urban Installation (Chhatapur & Bankura Town): 24 to 48 hours from the time of booking confirmation and feasibility clearance.
Rural / Outlying Wards of Bankura: 48 to 72 hours depending on right-of-way permissions and optical fiber span distances.

3. Installation Process Overview
