2. Invoicing & GST Compliance

All payments made to Moumita Cable Network are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are issued with GST-compliant tax invoices reflecting our registered GSTIN: 19AWAPP2213N1ZE. Digital receipts are dispatched via SMS / WhatsApp upon successful transaction confirmation.

3. Payment Security & Safety

All online transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant secure gateways.
We never store, log, or share subscriber debit/credit card numbers, PINs, or CVV security codes.
Always verify the authorized Moumita Cable Network QR code or badge before making cash/UPI payments to visiting agents.

4. Billing Disputes

If you notice any billing discrepancy, double debit, or incorrect charge, please contact our billing desk within 7 days with your transaction reference ID. Our billing department will investigate and issue necessary credit adjustments or refunds promptly.
